I have a variety of experience working in a hospital setting for those who have been in crisis, experienced assault and traumatic events. For 10 years I co-facilitated a grief support group. My approach to treatment is collaborative with an influence on CBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy while utilizing Mindfulness interventions.
